Shipping, returns, warranty and product care.

Orders are shipped from our European warehouse. Free shipping on orders over 50,00€ within the EU. Delivery time depends on destination (typically 2–5 working days).

You can return unused products in their original packaging within the legal return period. Start your return through the Contact page and we will guide you through the process.

Clean the tail of your board (remove wax and dust), make sure the surface is completely dry, peel and position the pieces before pressing firmly. Wait 24h before surfing.

All JAM Traction products are covered against manufacturing defects. Contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue.
